What we collect
When you register for a free event, we ask for your name, email address, and phone number.
When you book a meeting, we ask for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, how you would like to meet, and anything you want to cover. No accounts, no passwords, and no payment details are collected on this site.
How it's used
Your registration details are used only to run the event you signed up for: your confirmation email, the Zoom link, any reminders about that event, and news about upcoming sessions you may want to join. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else for marketing.
Where it lives
Registrations and meeting bookings are stored privately on this website's own server, protected from public access, and are only visible to Thunder Business Group. A booking is also emailed to Scott so he can hold the time, and both of you receive a calendar invite. We keep this information only as long as it is useful, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Cookies
This site itself sets almost nothing: one small browser setting that remembers your cookie choice, and a login cookie used only by site administration. We run no advertising and no tracking cookies.
When you first visit you can pick Accept all or Only essential. If you choose Only essential, the embedded request form stays off until you load it yourself — nothing from that form provider runs beforehand.
One page embeds a request form from Jotform; when you use it, Jotform may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Booking a meeting happens right on this site — no outside calendar tools. We also link out to Zoom and LegalShield.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you — we'll tell you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your details — we will, promptly.
- Ignore the embedded request form if you prefer — you can always just call or email instead.
